Our covered fabrication workshop is 7,000 sq mtrs with a total plot size is 35,000 sq mtrs, with extra adjacent plots available for larger projects. Our fabrication height is 10.5m under hook, and we are approximately 2 km from Hamriyah deep water port for easy worldwide shipping.

Carlton CNC Horizontal Milling Machine

Handles parts up to 10 m long x 1.8 m wide x 2.7 m high (x, y, z). Accuracy 75-100 microns. Loading capacity 40 tonnes.

Zayer Universal CNC Milling Machine

Handles parts up to 4.7 m long x 1.5 m wide x 2 m high. Accuracy range: 75-100 microns. Loading capacity: 10 tonnes.

OOYA CNC Plano Miller

Handles parts up to 2.6 m long x 2.6 m wide x 1.2 m high. Accuracy range: 50-75 microns. Loading capacity: 10 tonnes.

Conventional Plano Miller

Handles parts up to 8 m long x 1.8 m wide x 1.8 m high. Facing accuracy range: 0.8 to 1mm. Loading capacity: 10 tonnes.

Okuma VMC (Vertical) CNC Milling Machine 3-Axis

Handles parts up to 1500 mm long x 630 mm wide x 610 mm high. Accuracy range: 20-50 microns. Loading capacity: 2 tonnes.

Okuma HMC (Horizontal) CNC Milling Machine 4-Axis

Handles parts up to 700 mm long x 800 mm wide x 700 mm high. Accuracy range: 20-50 microns. Loading capacity: up to 1.5 tonnes. Equipped with an automatic magazine of 22 tools.

Okuma CNC Lathe

Handles parts up to 600 mm long x 400 mm in diameter. Accuracy range: 10-50 microns. Loading capacity: up to 1 ton.
